Post-doc research project
Together with Aarhus University (post-doc M.Sc. Marie Grønbæk), Knold & Top is participating in the project “New tasteful and healthy products of leafy greens from white flowering rapeseed (Brassica napus)”. The budget is 2.9 million Dkr. and is financed by Innovation Fund Denmark (1.700.000 Dkr.), Future Food Innovation (460.000 Dkr.), Aarhus University and Knold & Top.
